More often than not, an offer to purchase will have conditions to meet. These can vary by property but often include buyers financing and home inspection. During this time I work directly with the buyer or their agent to fulfil the conditions. This can be a tense time for all involved, but my hands on approach keeps you informed of all developments and progress.
